Green Tea helps the anti-aging process and reduces the risk of strokes & heart diseases.

In the past, medical treatment and improving health have used fresh green tea until now. For a long time, Japanese scientists carried out research with 40,000 participants; it was assured that green tea was useful for the heart and gaining a longer life.

For 11 years, the Japanese scientists divided the people into two different drinking levels. Professor Shinichi Kuriyama and his partners proclaimed that the research results on Tama, a special magazine. Results of the study showed that men that drank over five cups of green tea daily reduced their death rate by 12%, while though who drank less tea had a chance of dying of cardiovascular at the rate of 22%. Women who drank less tea had a rate of 31% while those who drank more tea reduced their death rate by up to 23%. It showed that the numbers of deaths were reduced clearly.

Green tea can prolong your life and limit strokes and heart diseases. The research explains the disparity in death rate of Jananese is lower than American by 30%.
