GREEN TEA REDUCES THE HARMFUL AFFECTS FROM TOBACCO SMOKING

Research from the Arizona University, USA has showed that regular drinking fresh green tea can reduce the risk of diseases that are caused by smoking tobacco. Scientists carried out a test on 140 smokers, where they were divided into three groups: fresh water, black tea and fresh green tea, where each group had to drink up to five cups a day. After four months of testing, the green tea group showed an 8-OHdG (a cell that causes cancer and other dangerous diseases) level lower than the other two groups by 25%. Research from the Beltsville Center, USA shows us that drinking fresh green tea can help us reduce up to 10% of the fatty contents in our blood.
